Napa Valley
Napa Valley is one of the smallest, yet most diverse winegrowing regions in the world. Half of the world’s soil series exist in an area that ranges from one to five miles wide and is only 30 miles long. Located Northeast of San Francisco, its Mediterranean climate, diverse geography (which ranges from valley floor to high elevation mountainsides) and pioneering wineries have solidified its reputation as a world-class winegrowing region, best-known for producing hearty Cabernet Sauvignons.
